Cloud and telecom that matched the license narrative

Architecture looked modern in the pitch deck — until examiners asked which paths were actually reachable from Curaçao.

The operator’s global cloud story was polished. The on-island connectivity story was not. Gaps between advertised architecture and reachable systems became the review’s longest thread.

Approach

We mapped production paths, telecom redundancy, and access controls against the license file — then closed only the gaps that mattered to substance, not every diagram wishlist.

  • Cloud zones and custodians named in examinable language
  • Telecom failover documented with actual test evidence
  • Security ownership assigned to people who answer phones

Outcome

The stack map stopped changing under questions. Annual certification packed existing evidence instead of inventing a temporary topology.
