Who is Substify built for?
Substify is designed for international and regulated businesses seeking to establish and demonstrate genuine operational substance in Curaçao, together with the professional advisers and corporate service providers supporting them. Services remain subject to applicable laws, customer acceptance requirements, and third-party provider policies
Do we need to replace our existing partners?
No. Substify coordinates with your counsel, auditors, and platform vendors — we strengthen substance rather than compete for those relationships.
Substify Crypto Monitoring™
Does Substify control or operate client wallets?
No. The monitoring service does not have custody of wallet keys and does not initiate, approve, block, cancel or recover transactions.
What does the service monitor?
Registered wallets, supported balances and activity, material transactions and transaction risk indicators within the configured reporting period.
How often are wallets checked?
The standard scope uses scheduled daily checks. Continuous real-time or intraday monitoring is only available where expressly agreed.
What reports are delivered?
Daily or event-driven monitoring reports, configurable notifications, monthly treasury statements, PDF and HTML copies, and usage summaries.
What do the Low, Medium, High and Severe classifications mean?
They are decision-support indicators returned by the configured screening provider. They are not legal conclusions and must be interpreted by the client in context.
Which assets and networks are supported?
Current coverage includes BTC, USDT on Ethereum and TRON, and USDC on Ethereum and Solana, subject to provider access and registered-wallet configuration.
Does the service replace the operator’s compliance function?
No. It supports monitoring discipline and reporting evidence but does not replace the client’s own compliance, accounting, governance or operational assessment.
Can historical activity be reviewed?
Historical backfill and case analysis may be available as separately agreed add-ons.
