Substify CryptoMonitoringTM

A practical crypto treasury monitoring and reporting layer under the Substify umbrella, powered by Bitkaya — repeatable monitoring intelligence and reporting evidence for registered crypto treasury wallets.

Monitoring Intelligence

Treasury visibility. Reporting evidence.

Substify offers a practical crypto treasury monitoring and reporting layer powered by Bitkaya. The service is designed for registered crypto treasury wallets and provides repeatable monitoring intelligence and reporting evidence — not custody, and not a substitute for your own controls.

Secure monitoring dashboard displaying wallet activity and risk indicators
Bitkaya-powered scheduled monitoring that turns supported blockchain data into client-facing reports, monthly treasury statements, and audit-support evidence.

Core Capabilities

Repeatable monitoring built for evidence

Scheduled wallet and transaction oversight for registered crypto treasury wallets — intelligence and reporting you can retain, share, and review.

  • Daily scheduled checks

Daily scheduled wallet and transaction checks using supported blockchain data providers.

  • New movement identification

Identification of new movements since the previous successful report.

  • Risk screening

Risk screening of material non-dust and non-zero transactions.

  • Client-facing reports

Client-facing PDF reports, with an HTML version retained as a fallback and browser-readable copy.

  • Monthly treasury statements

Automatic monthly treasury statement for the previous UTC calendar month.

  • Configurable email delivery

Daily, new-transaction, high/severe-risk alert-only, or no routine email — according to your selected policy.

  • Usage summary

Wallet count, material transaction usage, muted technical events, and estimated overage where applicable.

How It Works

From registered wallet to reporting evidence

  1. Register treasury wallets

Register the crypto treasury wallets, assets, and networks in scope — coverage depends on valid registration and supported combinations.

  2. Run scheduled checks

Perform daily scheduled wallet and transaction checks using supported blockchain data providers.

  3. Identify new movements

Identify new movements since the previous successful report.

  4. Screen material transactions

Apply risk screening to material non-dust and non-zero transactions as decision-support indicators.

  5. Deliver and retain

Issue PDF reports (with HTML fallback), monthly UTC treasury statements, alerts per email policy, and exportable audit-support evidence.

Who It's For

Built for registered crypto treasuries

Designed for teams that need repeatable monitoring intelligence and reporting evidence for registered crypto treasury wallets.

  1. Licensing

    Licensed operators

Regulated platforms that need documented oversight of registered treasury wallet activity tied to their operating model.

  2. Finance

    Corporate treasury

Finance teams that need a reliable monthly UTC treasury statement and daily monitoring reports across registered wallets.

  3. Controls

    Compliance teams

Officers who need risk-screened activity data as decision-support for their own review and escalation processes.

  4. Structures

    Fiduciary providers

Providers overseeing client structures that hold or touch digital assets and need exportable reporting evidence.

  5. Assurance

    Auditors

External reviewers who need a consistent, retained evidence trail to examine.

Important Limitations

Monitoring intelligence and reporting evidence

  • Decision support only

Risk classifications are decision-support indicators and do not establish illegality, sanctions status, or a compliance conclusion.

  • Not professional advice

The service is not legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, sanctions, or investment advice.

  • Scheduled, not real-time

The standard service is scheduled monitoring, not continuous real-time or intraday monitoring unless separately agreed.

  • Third-party dependency

Availability, completeness, and timing depend on third-party blockchain data and screening providers.

CustodyDoes Substify control or operate client wallets?

No. The monitoring service does not have custody of wallet keys and does not initiate, approve, block, cancel or recover transactions.

ScopeWhat does the service monitor?

Registered wallets, supported balances and activity, material transactions and transaction risk indicators within the configured reporting period.

CadenceHow often are wallets checked?

The standard scope uses scheduled daily checks. Continuous real-time or intraday monitoring is only available where expressly agreed.

ReportingWhat reports are delivered?

Daily or event-driven monitoring reports, configurable notifications, monthly treasury statements, PDF and HTML copies, and usage summaries.

RiskWhat do the Low, Medium, High and Severe classifications mean?

They are decision-support indicators returned by the configured screening provider. They are not legal conclusions and must be interpreted by the client in context.

CoverageWhich assets and networks are supported?

Current coverage includes BTC, USDT on Ethereum and TRON, and USDC on Ethereum and Solana, subject to provider access and registered-wallet configuration.

RoleDoes the service replace the operator’s compliance function?

No. It supports monitoring discipline and reporting evidence but does not replace the client’s own compliance, accounting, governance or operational assessment.

Add-onsCan historical activity be reviewed?

Historical backfill and case analysis may be available as separately agreed add-ons.
